Dakota Waller of Masset faces charges of breach of probation, two counts of assault with a weapon, two counts of mischief to property and one count of uttering threats.
Waller was arrested Aug. 28 after RCMP received a report of a serious assault with a weapon.
Following treatment at the hospital, Waller was released under strict conditions and will appear in court in October.
This is not Waller’s first time facing charges, as he previously faced charges of assault in 2019 and 2022, causing a disturbance in 2022, and three counts of uttering threats between 2023 and 2024.
