Prince Rupert is mentioned multiple times in email exchanges between Jeffrey Epstein and DP World group chairman and CEO Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem.
Bin Sulayem is a prominent business executive from the United Arab Emirates and oversaw the rapid expansion of Dubai’s port infrastructure. In April 2015, bin Sulayem and DP World purchased the Fairview Container Terminal in Prince Rupert, and completed expansion efforts in 2017.
In a 2016 exchange between bin Sulayem and Epstein, bin Sulayem said he would be in Prince Rupert for a meeting with First Nations.
“I am travelling with my Irish girlfriend, I have also Hadi and my cook because I will be meeting the chiefs of First Nation where they will cook for me and i need to cook for them and once we eat together we become friends and will facilitate my company to use their lands for my port operations in Prince Rupert, Canada.”
In another exchange prior to the completion of the Fairview terminal, bin Sulayem and Epstein discussed what they referred to as the “SA site,” a term not explained in the emails.
“Hello my friend, I am in Vegas staying with the family at aria for the past few days I’m having a feast on SA site amazing selection of 18 all willing clean and nice. I took a suite at New York New York they have only 4 rooms per floor so it’s kind of private. On Aug. 28th I need to be in Vancouver to inaugurate our Prince Rupert expansion,” bin Sulayem said.
Bin Sulayem also said that he checked the SA site and did not like any of the young women.
“By the way checked the SA site they are ugly.”
Epstein responded by stating, “of course they are all maids.”
Bin Sulayem then said he would try to import the women from Las Vegas.
U.S. Rep. Ro Khanna has said publicly that only about half of the Epstein-related files have been released, with additional records still withheld. It remains unclear what those records contain.
